As requested officially in a e-mail to board on 2008-08-03 with an e-mail tittled "Spanish + Latin America budget proposal for 2008":

Dear board,

SPANISH AND PORTUGUESE BUDGET

• As leader of the Spanish WG I request the following budget for 2008:

300 Eur  -  t-shirts 200 Eur  -  travels and accomodations ====== 500 Eur total

• This budgets matchs to the previous year one that was fully expend on

t-shirts.

LATIN AMERICAN BUDGET

• As leader of the Latin American subWG I request the following budget for

2009:

1000 Eur - trip from Spain to Brazil (payment of the trans-atlantic flight only) ===== 1000 Eur total.

• This budget matchs to the previous year one that was 85% expend on the

same flight.

• The trip will serve to meet and coordinate with the leaders of FFII in the

main countries of the region during the Latinoware.

• The trip would serve also to start the constitution of FFII

Iberian-America as decided on the board on 2008-08-02.

• Also it is expected to cover partially the support (trips) from the Berlin office to a stand in the OSWC'08 of Málaga on October, 20th to 22nd (organized by the Governments of Andalusia and Extremadura and with 8.000 expected visitors). It is an international event that could serve also to back the constitution of FFII Iberian-America.
